Had a nice time during Easter at this hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean. Location was great; close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, especially Miss Jane who was a great help in getting information.

The parking was limited and not adequate for a full hotel. , their menu and staff command of English needs improvement, it was a bit inconvenient not to have halal food options and English translations on the menu.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport links. the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was offered every morning.

The cleanliness of the hotel, as we found stains on the sheets and towels. the room lacked basic amenities such as a microwave and sufficient lighting, which made it difficult to navigate during the night.

Big spacious room, affordable price. We stayed in a deluxe twin room which was quite big and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there was even enough space to fit an extra bed if needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the location was convenient. Despite a small bathroom and limited parking, we were overall satisfied with our stay. The friendly staff, particularly Miss Jane at the reception, were extremely helpful. Thank you for the great experience! I would recommend this hotel.
